We accept referrals from social prescribers, adult social care, GP’s, community health practitioners, charities, friends, family members and self-referrals.

Our criteria for admission to the scheme are adults over 70 years who are living alone and within the Eastbourne area. Our service should be requested with the agreement of the person concerned. We regret that we may be unable to arrange visits where there are conditions that impact significantly on a person's ability to hold a conversation.
